Meet Karmen
I started Six Dozen because I wanted to help more than one organization at a time. I knew I had the capacity to make a bigger impact, and eventually felt boxed in being tied to a single organization.
After more than 15 years leading teams, building businesses, and supporting organizations, I realized my favorite part of every role was the same: connecting the dots, solving problems, and helping good people move meaningful work forward.
Today, I partner with businesses and nonprofits across North Carolina to uncover opportunities, ask better questions, and turn ideas into action.
